I am moving out of Amsterdam and looking for someone to take over my room. Here are some specs:

- available from 31.08.25 or 01.09.25
- 940 EUR (all incl.), deposit 1600
- registration possible
- Bos en Lommer neighbourhood (West of Amsterdam)
- room ca. 8m^2 + your desk in spacious living room (with two couches)
- on the pictures you can only see about a third of the living room (excl. your desk) because the rest has all my stuff due to my move
- total flat size: ca. 57m^2
- bonus: 2 balconies + small guestroom
- kitchen with space to cook + dishwasher
- your future flatmate is a data scientist in his late twenties
- our landlord is okay/chill and lives nearby. because he does not want to set up a new contract, he gave your future flatmate explicit permission to sublet to you.
- viewings are possible online and in-person.
