Private room of 18m2 for rent with a balcony in a shared renovated design apartment on the Amtelveenseweg with a south-facing balcony and view of the Amsterdam forest. Spacious bathroom with bath and  design kitchen. Looking for a very clean and neat female working roommate, expat welcome but no students. Only the room for rent us to be furnished by renter. The rest of the apartment is furnished by myself- the owner of the apartment. Ideal renter works away from home fulltime, is not a student, is tidy and neat. no guests at home. Registration is possible.
