About the place

Hello future tenants,

As of September 1st I am renting a wonderful furnished room in a great apartment building. The room is 11 m² and has two large windows. Which ensures that the room has plenty of light present in the room.

The room is located in an apartment complex. This is secured , providing a safe and secure feeling. The room is part of a 4-room apartment.

There are malls within walking distance.

Property is easily accessible by tram and bus. A direct connection to Amsterdam Central , Schiphol and Amsterdam Sloterdijk station. There is an option for parking in front of the apartment (not paid).

I will rent the room to a trustworthy person. That is assured of fixed income. This person is also expected to help keep the house clean and hygienic in the spaces, as we all live there together.

The property will be shared with one male (myself). I am looking for a person who is a student, or is employed in everyday life. I love to cook together and eat together. Sit on the couch , watching TV together. Or going out for a drink in the city together. To make it as fun as we can have together. But it is absolutely no obligation. Because we both have our moments that we want to be by ourselves. In it you will find a way together .

The property is offered incl. Gas, water and light, and using washing machine and dryer was . There is wireless internet throughout the house. There is also a separate bath and shower area. The toilet is separate.
