About the place

Because I'll be out of town between the 15th August and the end September, I am subletting my calm, nice bedroom in a shared flat with a working tenant. The apartment is very comfortable with a huge living room (projector included) and nice views to the Erasmusgracht canal. The kitchen is also quite big. 

The neighbourhood is very quiet with some nice restaurants and cafés very close. 

My flatmate works in cinema and teaching, he's very easygoing and enjoys a good conversation every now and then.
