About the place

Room for rent from 01-10-2025 till 30-09-2026 for a (master) student/ (gay) boy or working young adult. The room is about 12 square meters for € 700- a month and is located in a floating house on Steigereiland (Amsterdam IJburg). Tram station is close by and you can reach CS in about 15 minutes. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared with the owners of the house. The bathroom with milk glass doors is in a hallway to another sleepingroom.  

We are looking for an easy going and calm person. Coz the layout of the designhouse is a relaxed interaction is very important.
