About the place

I am an IT Project Leader/Test Manager/Developer and I lived here since April '24 as an experiment after a long time in Oud-West.
I like it so much that I'm staying, so now it's time for a roommate!

Amstel Station is a 5-minute metro ride away (the station is 100 meters from the apartment), and Central Station is 14 minutes away. Parking is available for one person, and you can be on the ring road in just a few minutes.

Smoking is allowed, but not in the living room; we have a well-furnished balcony for that, or in your own room.

A washing machine/dishwasher/refrigerator/oven (and toaster ;-)) are available.
Ex-pats are very welcome.

I will ask for proof of income (statement from employer) and a salary slip!

You're not supposed to invite another person; three is enough! Visitors/short overnights are always welcome, of course.

Due to the large number of expected responses, I'd like to schedule a video call first. If you don't hear from me, sorry, there are too many, 200+ last round!
