About the place

The room will be empty and the house is fully equipped. The room is located in a nice house with 5 bedrooms. You share the house with four roommates. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house is located on the edge of Geuzenveld, a rapidly emerging and green neighborhood in Amsterdam West. Within walking distance of this house there is a supermarket for groceries, a few minutes away is the Lambertus Zijlplein with a diverse range of shops including Albert Heijn, Vomar, Kruidvat, Zeeman etc. Schools and other facilities are all within walking distance . There are plenty of recreational opportunities around the district, including the Sloterpark, Eendrachtpark and the Spaarnwouder forest. Public transport is fine: Bus 21 has a direct connection to Central Station. Bus 61 takes you in a short time to Sloterdijk Station where you can transfer to various bus connections, metro and train lines. The highways are easily and quickly accessible; Haarlemmerweg, Ring A10 and A5.
   The rent is 675€ including utilities (gas/water/electricity) . We are looking for a non-smoker flatmate, no drugs are allowed, not even weed. Smoking is not allowed in the house and not even around the house.  Every week we clean the house in rotation: once the kitchen, once the bathroom etc. If you don't like cleaning then don't apply, thanks!
