Spacious, quiet room (room three on the floor plan) with a balcony. The balcony is shared with one other resident. Adjacent to the spacious living/kitchen-diner is a second balcony. A spacious bathroom with a shower and sink. A spacious bicycle storage room. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet with a wall-hung toilet.
You will share the apartment with three women, some of whom are students and some of whom work. The languages ​​currently spoken are Dutch, English, and Latin American.
Access to the complex is via badges. The apartment is spacious, with a total area of ​​110 m². The Ganzenhoef metro station is a five-minute walk away. The Amsterdamse Poort shopping center is an eight-minute bike ride away.

The apartment also has its own bicycle storage on the basement level.

Tenant recruitment and selection process:
General Principle
Neither home seekers nor tenants should be confronted with any form of discrimination or unjustified distinction. Every home seeker must have a fair chance of finding housing. During public recruitment and selection of tenants, home seekers are treated equally.

Recruitment Policy
1. Public recruitment of tenants takes place through a medium chosen by the landlord, in this case Kamernet;
2. Home seekers may only respond through the relevant medium;
3. Responses to public offers are processed in order of receipt;
4. When selecting the most suitable home seeker for the offered accommodation, only objective selection criteria are used, such as age (if this is justified by the landlord's target group or another reason why an age criterion is justified), income level in relation to rent (income at least 3 times the monthly rent, with or without a guarantee from immediate family), and similar criteria;
5. If a home seeker responds to the publicly offered accommodation, the prospective tenant must provide the following information:
- Contact details of the home seeker(s);
- Proof of identity of the home seeker(s);
- Proof of the home seeker(s)' stated income level by means of: employment contract, current position or an employer's statement, bank statements showing the last three salary deposits, and the last three payslips;
- Current rent amount and/or a landlord's statement (if applicable);
- (Information for) housing permit (if applicable);
- Landlord's statement (statement from the previous landlord regarding the home seeker's conduct);
When providing this information, prospective tenants consent to the information provided by the prospective tenant being verified and will promptly answer any follow-up questions based on discrepancies in the information provided and will substantiate with written evidence, if necessary.
6. The landlord will inform the rejected prospective tenants of the reasons for the final selection of the most suitable candidate (for the accommodation) by email or through the internal communication option of the public medium used by the landlord in which the offer was announced;
7. The landlord will never ask candidates for irrelevant information, such as sexual orientation, life, political, or religious beliefs, mental health, race, ethnic origin, nationality, or physical health (unless this is relevant due to the (in)accessibility of the offered accommodation).
8. All personal information requested from prospective tenants will be handled in accordance with privacy legislation.
