Room for rent in a beautiful, neat apartment in the heart of the Pijp on the Ceintuurbaan. Available from end of Sept, for a period to be determined.

It is a small room in a neat and beautiful apartment around the corner from cozy streets and De Pijp metro station. Total size of the appartment is about 50m2.

The apartment has a small balcony at the front, a nice open kitchen with all modern conveniences, nice spacious bathroom, and neat furnishings.

I am a working, high educated young man of 33 years old, and I am looking for a social but quiet working housemate of 27-35 years old. Preferably highly educated and neat.

The room itself is furbished: The room has a bed, a closet and a small closet, to be taken over from the previous renter for 350 euro. If you arrange it conveniently without the small cupboard, it can fit a small desk. The rest of the appartment is also fully furbished off course.

My hobbies are padel, soccer, fitness and golf, sometimes tennis, and I enjoy socializing but also reading, for example. A few days per week I work from home.
