About the place

This ad is to look for someone who already has a room in Amsterdam and would like to move to Amsterdam Noord, swapping with one of the flatmates who currently live in this house (28 years old Italian guy, working in the IT sector).

The room is in a 3-floor house in noord neighbourhood, located next to Ndsm, Noord/Noorderpark blue line metro station. 
It is located in a very quiet pedestrian road and overlooks a park. Neighbourhood is very residential. House size is 80 sqm and thought for up to two registered persons. Registration is possible (one person is living in the house right now).

Being silent during night time (23.00-07.30) as usual routine is key to secure the opportunity to live in the house.
