About the place

Hello! I am moving out of Amsterdam, and I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease for my apartment. On top of the rent and deposit there is a one time payment for washer/dryer and vacuum. I am also selling the bed, mattress, and wardrobe that are inside the room, so no need to buy new furniture!
The apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood and a brand new construction, so it is a rare find! My roommate is transmasc and would prefer a queer roommate! Registration is possible and you can be a student, have guarantors, have pets, etc!
