About the place

Hi everyone,
I have a 12m2 well furnished room in a shared apartment close to Strandvliet (5 min walk) . The apartment has a large shared area and comes with a dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and dryer. I’m looking for someone to sign a long term contract with registration (until next June, extension possible). The apartment comes furnished and the living room is big.
- Rent is 950 per month excluding utilities and internet (which is about 80 per month, but the installment is around 150, and the overpay will get refunded annually)
- Start date is October 15
- Location: Zuid-Oost
- 25 mins to VU or UvA
- Grocery stores & gyms are nearby
- Roommate: a 25-year-old working female
- Income required to sign the contract with the landlord.
- Viewing is possible for weekdays after 7pm
I’m looking for someone respectful and tidy.
