About the place

Very neat, furnished room. I manage this beautiful apartment for my business partner, who is setting up his business abroad and will therefore also be leaving the property. He currently also handles the maintenance, but will outsource this to a third party. We will then have to maintain the apartment.

The room has a spacious closet, a comfortable bed, and a small study table.

I like to keep the apartment clean and rarely have guests.

The apartment is nice and bright. It has a balcony where you can enjoy the view of Rembrandt Park.
We always ensure the apartment stays clean and can optionally provide breakfast or dinner.

The ideal tenant has few guests and is serious about her work.

The location is ideal, and all amenities are within easy reach.
