Hi everyone, 
I am looking for a new roommate as soon as possible – preferably this week! If you're a working professional (male) with a valid work contract, this might be the perfect place for you. (Sorry, not available for students.)

📅 Move-in date: From 15.02.2025 (flexible by a couple of days)

A beautiful, spacious 95 m² apartment - 3 bedrooms (one used as a storage room/guest room) + kitchen, living room, toilet, and bath. located in Amsterdam Zuid, near Vrije Universiteit.

- 4 min walk to the nearest tram stop (Trams 5 & 25 to - Zuid within 5 minutes!)

💰 Rent & Costs
- €1,350 per month (including electricity, water, internet, heating, and all service costs)
- 1 Year Minimum contract, afterwords unlimited if we decide to stay.

- Works for a large American IT company as a Sales Manager
- Originally from Bosnia & Herzegovina
- Speaks English, German, Bosnian & Russian
- Very clean, tidy, and respectful
- Preferred to Avoid Parties at Home, but Guests are always welcome, even for a few days 😊
