About the place

Hello, looking for a new flatmate for this apartment in one of the best locations in Amsterdam. 

On the offer:
•	1 year contract starting preferable 15 Sep 2025 (can be slightly later, might be slightly earlier, to be discussed)
•	Sublease contract from myself
•	Its very likely that the contract can be prolonged after the initial year
•	Rent per month 1550 EUR (that includes usually everything ie Internet, Water, GE, Waste, Biweekly Cleaning)
•	Registration is of course possible

Requirements:
•	Full-time working with at least a contract over the rental period, preferred permanent contract
•	No Students
•	You should be down to do something together from time to time (grab a drink after work, test out a new restaurant, bar,…)

About me:
•	German Expat working in finance and living already for 4 years in Amsti. 
•	In my freetime like to do sports (running and gym mainly), test out new restaurants and wine bars
