About the place

The room is in May available . As you can see it is already a bit furnished, not much but the basis to give a room a nice atmosphere.

The room is large, it can easily sleep two people, but as a self-employed person you get a super mega room with a nice view as you can see in the photo.

It is located in Amsterdam South-East, near Bijlmer Arena station. You are practically close to Amsterdam CS, De Pijp, Amstel, Wibautstraat, Amstelveen. If you have a car, you are on the A10, A09, A04 in the direction of Rotterdam, Utrecht, Almere, if you want public transport then you have the metro lines 50 and 54 within 2 minutes walking distance.

We also have shops that close at 20:00 or 22:00, you can think of supermarkets, Action or the Amsterdamse Poort shopping center.

In short, a nice room for a nice roommate.

Are you independent, tidy, do you not make too much noise, are you willing to pay cleaning costs or do you want to clean yourself and are you studying (optional), then you are the one I am looking for.

There are certain things that are not included but that can be discussed in consultation with each other, I am not the most difficult but direct. It is a student campus and we want to keep it that way. I am looking for people who want to share my home with me. There is of course a large private bedroom all for you !.
Registration is possible if you do not earn too much. But I want to do this in consultation. I also want to draw up rules together that we must both adhere to, so that we can respect each other's boundaries and live together comfortably. And thus avoid irritation. I do ask you to respect my time (and yours for that matter) and only really make an appointment with me if you are really interested in the room. My time is unfortunately also very precious. If you have any questions, I ask you to ask them before you schedule a viewing with me. What I want is someone who brings a nice atmosphere to this house and who is really looking for a place. What I also want is for you to look carefully at your options .. I understand that you are looking for the right safe place for yourself. But if you're not interested, please give it to someone else

Finally,

Just be yourself, just like I am. I want to do this because I have had educational experiences and years with roommates, both women and men on this one, first come, first served.
