About the place

I am 33 years old and work in inland shipping. Therefor at least half of the time I am not at home. When I am at home I make music on my PC and like to spend time in the kitchen to make dinner. Besides I sport a lot, and often I visit my friends.

The balcony and large living room are facing southwards, so light could enter the apartment easily. There is a big storage, with a bed, closet and bureau which you could use.

If you would like to live next to the water in the city center of Amsterdam and could pay €1000 per month all inclusive. Please provide proof of monthly income around €3000. Because registration is mandatory. You will need BKR registration and an employment declaration.
