Room for Rent – For a Neat, Responsible, Working or Studying Young Lady

I have one room available for rent in my home, suitable for a tidy and responsible young lady who is either working or studying.

You can choose between two rooms. One of them includes a  desk, built-in wardrobe. I also have an IKEA sofa bed available for your use.

Shared access to the kitchen (with cooking facilities), bathroom (with shower and toilet), washing machine, dryer, and WiFi is included.

Rent: €550 per month + 1-month deposit.

Rent and deposit must be paid in full prior to moving in.
