Large furnished room for rent (approximately 30 m2). 

Private balcony, shared use of kitchen and bathroom. (A vegetarian or a vegan is preferred, but not required.) 

This room is ideal for a (quiet) student, a single person, or an expat working in the Netherlands. It is for rent by one person only.

You need to be a cat lover, as we have three. 

This is a smoke-free house.

€527 monthly, including electricity, internet, etc. (€462 rent, €65 service costs pre-payment). The initial contract is a maximum of six months, with an option to extend to three years. Minimum one-month notice period.

Available from 1 September 2025 (earlier move-in date options; the rent will be adjusted pro rata).

The house owners are a married male couple = LGBTQIA+-friendly household.
