We are looking for tenants for our furnished detached house in Zaandam with large garden (approx. 700m2). A lovely house with sufficient space and privacy. The house is completely renovated in 2022.

Location:
The house is located in the idyllic hamlet of Haaldersbroek near the Zaanse Schans. A 15-minute drive from Amsterdam. Train stations Zaandijk Zaanse Schans and Zaandam Kogerveld 5 to 10 minutes by bike. Perfect train connection to Amsterdam.
The address is located on a pedestrian area. The other side of the house is on the Leeghwaterweg, which is easily accessible by car.

Layout:
Spacious living room with open kitchen and wood stove. Hallway, toilet and stairs to the first floor. On the 1st floor you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, hall and bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The attic is reached via a steep staircase and serves as a storage room.
There is a spacious shed in the garden. This shed contains a storage space and a guestroom (with kitchenette, bathroom with bath and sleeping area).
The house is surrounded by a spacious green garden. The plot is reached via 2 bridges. The plot cannot be reached by car. In the front of the garden our 6 chickens and rooster roam around, and it would be nice if they could be cared for during the rental period.
