A small tour:
Main entrance with good door on a quiet side of the Nieuwstad, a shared outdoor area for the bikes and a sturdy staircase to the outside door. Entrance hall (entrance is shared) with access via the internal staircase to the private hall on the 2nd floor. From here there is access to the living room, bathroom, toilet, cloakroom and spacious bedroom. The whole house has many nice corners through the sloping roof construction, light through various windows and the old-fashioned beams. This makes the living room overlooking the canal a cozy room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric stove and hood. In the entire house is a beautiful laminate floor (sound-proof catering floor) and all windows are double glazed and sun-resistant curtains. The bathroom and toilet were completely renewed two years ago.

Parking:
Free parking before 10 a.m. and after 6 p.m. from Mon. to Fri. On Saturday before 10 am and after 5 pm. Other rate € 1.20 per hour, with a max daily rate of € 7.50. Free parking can be done at Hugo de Grootlaan (5 minutes walking distance) and Achter 't Vosje (t.o. the police station) and on the Leeuwenveldseweg (behind the railway station).
