About the place

Per July first a new realized apartment will become available for renting. The entrance of the apartment is at the St Annastraat, a sidestreet of the Market. The apartment is completely fit for use and provided with all required equipment for proper house keeping. Heating and cooling is done by heat pumps, so the apartment is cut off from the gas! The rent encompasses all cost involved. The house is equiped with a balance ventilation system.

To get a better idea of the apartment we make a tour through the house. After entering the front door we arrive in the vestibule. Here is also place for the bikes. Electrical points for loading the bikes are available . The toilet is also located at the vestibule as well as the room for the electric boiler. Next we enter the door to the spacious living room including an open kitchen. The living room is completely furnished including a good study bureau. The kitchen encompasses an oven, microwave, dish washing machine, induction cooker and a cool/freeze combination. Next we enter the ensuite bartroom with the wash basin and wardrobe followed by the shower (sepatated by a glass door). All required linnen (bed, kitchen, towels) is present as is the case with the complete equipment of the kitchen (cutlery and such). There is a basement with plenty of room for storage of suitcases and the like.
