About the place

As per July 1st a new realized apartment will become availble for renting at the market place of Wageningen. The apartment is completely fit for use and is provided  with all required equipment for proper house keeping. Heating and cooling is done by heat pumps: there is no gas connection anymore. The rent includes all costs involved. The apartment is equiped with balance ventilation.

A short tour through the new aparment. The door faces the Market Place of Wageningen and provides access to a small room for parking the bikes (electricity for the bikes is available). Also the toilet is situated in the entrance room. Passing the door we enter the spacious living room with a modern open kitschen. Two small places are there to make place for the electrical boiler and the washinge machine. The living room is completely  furnutured and inclkudes a bureau for study.The new kitsches is provided with oven, microwave, induction cooking, dish washer and a cool/freeze comination. We foolow our way to the bedroom where we find a 2 personsbed and two  nightstands. The shower and ensuite washing table are situated between living room and bedroom. There is also a wardrobe. All neccessary bedding, towels and kitchen towels are present. The room has a storing place for suitcases and the like.
