Hi, I am Nadia. I am going to rent out my apartment in Utrecht (subletting) from December 1st to February 1st.

The apartment:

The apartment has a large living space of 78 m2 on the 4th (highest) floor with a built-in balcony. You can look out over the park on the side. There is a living room, bedroom (bed: 200x200cm), large storage space, a large bathroom with luxury shower and separate toilet. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need including washing machine, dishwasher, television, combination oven and more.

Location:
The apartment is located on the edge of Overvecht, near the river (the Vecht). Within 8-10 minutes you can cycle to Utrecht Neude and within 10-13 minutes you can cycle to Utrecht Central Station. You can walk to the river within 3 minutes through the park to walk in the nature reserve. There are cafes around the corner and there is a shopping center within a few minutes walking distance or the large shopping center within 4 minutes cycling distance. Parking is possible in the courtyard of the building or in front of the building. The bus stop, swimming pool and gym are opposite the building.

Rental details: The monthly rent for our apartment is €1700,- excluding gas/water/electricity.
