The monthly rent of €1580 is all-inclusive (utilities and other costs), so there are no hidden fees. If you’d like to park your car, I can transfer my parking permit to your license plate for the rental period, allowing you to park right at the door.

Location: The apartment is located in Transwijk-Noord, about a 12-minute bike ride from Utrecht Central Station and the city center. Park Transwijk, perfect for walks, is within walking distance, as is Nova Shopping Center for daily shopping needs.

The Apartment: The apartment features large windows that span the entire width of the unit, bringing in plenty of natural light, especially in the living room! The total area is 74m² and includes a recently renovated kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, the apartment has a comfortable (extendable) corner sofa, large TV, balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. And the view onto the skyline of Utrecht from both kitchen and bedroom is quite spectacular!
