Hi all! For rent from sept 20th to oct 12th, my cozy but spacious and green 3 room ground floor apartment with garden. The terraced house is quietly situated in the Schildersbuurt near Rietveld-Schröderhuis and not far from Science Park. For lovely walks, Wilhelminapark and domain Amelisweerd are within walking distance, and downtown is a 10 to 15 minute walk. Suitable for 1 to 2 persons and ideal for expats, students, temporary travelers or temporary bridging.
Total surface of the house is +/-70m2. In the lush garden of another +/-40m2 you can relax in the evening with a beer, wine, soft drink on the terrace. Last but not least, I ask you to take care of my sweet white tomcat Koos during the time;-)
