About the place

We’re offering our cozy 64m² apartment in Utrecht for temporary rent from September 4–24. You’ll have your own private entrance, and the apartment is split over two floors:

First floor: living room, kitchen, toilet, and a balcony
Second floor: bedroom and bathroom

The location is ideal — just a 5-minute walk to the Dom Tower and 10 minutes to Utrecht Central Station.

One important note: our sweet 9-year-old cat, Nina, will be staying in the apartment. She’s calm, affectionate, and needs someone to feed her twice a day (morning and evening). Because of this, we're looking for a reliable individual or couple who loves cats.

The rent is €1,200, including utilities (water, electricity, and Wi-Fi). A €1,200 deposit is required.
