This appartment is half of a renovated house and measures 55m2 .It has a living with build in kitchen (32m2), two bedrooms (6,4 and 12,6m2) and a decent size bathroom (4,3m2) with walk in shower and space for a washing machine. You also have small garden as the house is on groundlevel. There is a safe space for your bike. (every dutchman has a bike). You only share the front door and corridor with the other tenant. 

There is free parking in the  street. The train station is only a 5 min walk. 

You get a 2 year  so called diplomat contract as the owners works overseas and might need to come back if for example her contract is terminated for some reason.
After 1 year there is a 3 month notice if the owner wants to come back into her house.
