About the place

Starting December 1st, the two large rooms in my final apartment will be available. One is a living room and the other is a bedroom. Total area is approximately 30 m². The rooms are rented for a minimum period of 6 months. They are intended for one person, preferably a woman. It is important that the new roommate likes animals, as I have one dog and one cat. The new roommate is not allowed to have pets of their own and bring them into the apartment. Furthermore, I require someone who is tidy and willing to help clean similar rooms once a week and take turns providing common items like dish soap. I am 33 years old and work approximately 2 to 3 days a week as a support worker in residential care for people with disabilities. I also enjoy cooking, exercising, and walking. And of course, meeting friends and having fun. I enjoy having dinner together or chatting occasionally. But nothing is mandatory.
