Temporary rent: 4 weeks approx.
I am away for 4 weeks and I am renting out my apartment in this period.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in Utrecht of 102m2 with a large living room and kitchen, 2 guest rooms, terrace with outdoor space and free public parking. 

Located in Noord-Zuilen, which is a child-friendly neighbourhood, with nature walks around the corner to the city garden and the Castle Zuylen.

City centre is easily accessible:
- Car 10min
- Bus 15-20min
- Bicycle 15-20min (bus stop at 100m)

Note: glass table in living room I will replace by a wooden table; and couches in living room will have a couch cover for protection; and speakers in living room will be removed; and there will be an electronic drum kit in the spare room.
