A spacious apartment in Utrecht, is available during the dates of July 12-August 27. The overall size is about 100 m2, and the apartment contains two floors. The 1st floor includes a big living room, a kitchen, a restroom, and a storage room; the 2nd floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. An indoor garage attached to the building is available to store bikes. 

The living room size is 26 m2, where we use it for dining, working, and studying. It has two desks, one table, one tea table, and chairs. There is also a digital piano available. 

The three bedrooms include a big room (12.5 m2), a medium room (10.8 m2), and a small room (8 m2). Each room has a single bed and a closet. Because we usually work/study in the living room, we put desks in the living room. You can move the desk into the bedroom if you prefer. 

All the appliances are in good condition and ready to use (fridge, microwave, vacuum). You can also use our bikes.

Close to Utrecht Central Station (2.4 km), and 7.2 km (30 mins cycling) to Utrecht University science park. Walking distance (800 m) to both the Nova shopping center and supermarkets (Jumbo, AH, Lidl, HEMA, Blokker, and Kruidvat) and the Park Transwijk. 450 m to the tram station (Line 20/21), where you can take the tram to Science Park conveniently. The bus stop for Bus Line 7 is right before the building. 

€2300 for the whole period (inclusive of utilities, service fee, internet, etc.). The deposit is €700. The deposit will be returned if everything is fine when moving out.
