The flat will most likely not be available for the entire month of November, but we can discuss options at that time for extending the stay or arranging a new rental period up to April ’26.


About you:
* Preferred tenant: a working professional, approximately 30 years or older.
* Lifestyle: someone who values cleanliness, is easy-going, and has prior experience living independently.

* Private toilet
* Spacious shared bathroom/shower with one housemate (young professional, female)
* Well-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and induction hob
* Cosy interior with high ceilings, wooden floors, and a private roof terrace
* Excellent location: restaurants and shops nearby, supermarket across the street, just a few minutes (by bike) to the old town centre and central station. Bus stop right in front of the house

Start date and rental period are negotiable.
