About the place

Searching for a new roommate! Ideally you will be a female (24–30 years old) with a minimum monthly income of €2,500. 

The apartment is located on Eisenhowerlaan in Kanaleiland, with only a 10 minute ride to the city centre and 2 minute walk to the Albert Hein/Jumbo. The room comes furnished with the deal that you would buy the previous tenants furniture. 

You’ll be sharing the apartment with a 26-year-old Canadian woman who is keen on keeping the home a relaxed, friendly space.
