House rules for this listing:
1. It is not allowed to make changes to the walls, floors, windows and blinds. The upholstery and walls need to remain intact and in its original state. It is prohibited to make holes in the walls, tiles and floorings or paint the walls.
2. Filters in the sinks need to be used at all times to prevent food and waste clogging the drainage.
3. House parties and other disturbing activities are not allowed. 

What I need from you before making the rental agreement:
- The estimated length of your stay.
- Copies of IDs of all tenants that will reside in the apartment.
- Payment slips of the last two months and information / employer's declaration about your working contract.
