About the place

Modern, private, fully furnished and equipped apartment in the center of Rotterdam, 55m², suitable for one person or a couple.

Enjoy the fantastic view with all the comforts you need, just a few minutes' walk from public transport, various coffee bars, restaurants, shops, Rotterdam Zoo, and Vroesenpark.

Within walking distance of Rotterdam Central Station (10 minutes) and also very conveniently located near the highway entrance and Rotterdam The Hague Airport.

You are very welcome to stay in the apartment. Please note the following:
- No extra guests
- No pets
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Costs (payable in advance):
- Monthly price: €2,000 including use of furniture/textiles, internet, heating, water, and electricity (based on normal use; any excess costs will be charged)
- Deposit: one month's rent
- Final cleaning: €150 (including cleaning of textiles such as bed linens, blankets, pillows, etc.)

Other:
- Maximum 2 people
- Only available for holiday rentals

The apartment
The apartment is located on the 9th floor. The building entrance provides access to the public staircase and the elevator.

The apartment's hallway provides access to all rooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes all modern conveniences.
The bedroom has a double bed with a bedside table and a chest of drawers. The modern bathroom and toilet have been recently renovated.

The hallway also provides access to the internal storage room where the washer-dryer is located.
