About the place

Hello , I am offering my spare room in Rotterdam.
I am 44 years old and I work 3 days a week in a lab.
Got a dog , she is old and quiet.

I rented this room 3 times before , my previous tenants were :

-A woman from Iran for 2 months.
-A woman from Latvia for 7 months.
-A man from Latvia for 5 months.

He is leaving at the end of July so I am looking for a new person to take over. 

I try to reply to all messages but I think it will be too much..
