Our lovely ground-floor apartment in the Middelland neighborhood is temporarily available.

Rental period (3 months): From the end of November 2025 until February 2026.

Ideally located close to the highway, Rotterdam Central Station, and Erasmus MC.

The rent is excluding gas, water, and electricity (our costs are around 150,-/month) , but includes internet and a cleaner every two weeks.
