About the place

I would like to sublet my house as I am going surfing for 5 months with a campervan.
The apartment is furnished and I will only remove some personal items.

The apartment has a balcony facing west (catching the evening sun!) and there is a lot of light coming in through the various skylights.
It also has a shower and bath and a separate toilet.

Dishwasher and washing machine are also included.

Despite the location in the middle of the center of Rotterdam, it is very quiet, especially in the bedroom at the back.
