On the upper living level, there is another bathroom with sink and shower with an access to the balcony outlooking to the river and skyline of Rotterdam. There is also a technical space with CV-ketel. Note: upper storage space is not available to the tenants.
The apartment is fully equipped: you can move in right away without missing anything. Apart of mentioned above amenities there is also a complete kitchenware, iron and ironing board, hanging dryer, cleaning equipment and a vacuum cleaner.

Rotterdam Central station is reachable in 10 minutes by bike.

The rent:
• 1 700,- € per month, including service costs, internet, municipality taxes, furniture rental, equipment wear, insurances
• excluding gas/water/electricity - payment based on actual usage of tenant(s)
• Duration of the sub-rent: 12 months (there might be a possibility to prolong the
contract)
• Available from January 2025 (flexible start of the contract - upon agreement)
• Deposit is 2 000,- €
• Suitable for one person or a couple.
