The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine (and fridge). The bathroom has a shower. There is central heating in all rooms. 
The location is ideal in Rotterdam West, within walking distance of Marconieplein for the tram, metro and bus. Close to several supermarkets (including Lidl, Dirk and AH) and you can cycle to the center of Rotterdam in 10 minutes. It is a quiet neighborhood, but you can quickly reach cozy cafes/restaurants in West. 
After consultation, certain furniture, including the cupboard, bed, refrigerator, etc., can be left in place. The rental period can also be extended.
