Centrum/Rubroek
Rubroek is a neighborhood where green spaces and residential buildings alternate, located on the edge of Rotterdam’s vibrant city center. This highly central area is undergoing significant development. The Markthal, Oude Haven, Pannekoekstraat, Hoogstraat, and Meent are all just around the corner, as well as small galleries, studios, and trendy hotspots. Twice a week, the lively Binnenrotteplein hosts the second-largest market in the Netherlands. Supermarkets and sports facilities are plentiful, and the location offers excellent accessibility. Almost all major urban amenities are within walking distance. Metro station Oostplein and train station Blaak are both easily reached on foot from anywhere in the neighborhood, and the Rotterdam Ring Road is just a 10-minute drive away.
