Living on a very nice houseboat in Rotterdam in the center of the town....In this more than 100 years old ship, you will find a nice and modern apartment, completely eguippped, so you can move in directly. it is furnished.

This very special apartment on a HOUSEBOAT has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 sleeping rooms, one with a double bed and two smaller bedrooms for singles beds. Furthermore it has a  very charming livingroom with open kitchen. The bathroom has a  shower and toillet.

There is a private terrace for you only on top of the boat!!! This boat is situated at the louis pregerkade at the Marina Rotterdam. So just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel. We prefer to rent this boat to a working couple or single, but TWO students is also possible

The rent is 1245 a month. THIS IS EXCLUSIVE!!!!  Service costs for elektra, water gas internet and waste collection is 320 EURO a month So total is 1565, all inclusive. So no further costs, no taxes or soever..

Registration is possible but not at the adress of the boat The boat has no adress, because it is in the Marina. BUT.... you can register at the gemeente rotterdam for an official post adress.

Interested to have a look, you can make an appointment to visit the boat this or next  week of april in Rotterdam. Contract can immediately start at 1 st May.
