We are offering our beautiful, spacious apartment in the vibrant Rotterdam West area for a temporary rental. This home offers everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. 

Please note: The apartment is only available temporarily, from October 25th to February 1st. Long stays are not possible.

Accommodation: Perfect for up to four people, currently home to a family with two small children.
First Floor: A welcoming, open hallway leads to a bright and airy living room with an open kitchen. There is also a cozy 8m² balcony. A toilet is located on this floor.
Second Floor: The upper floor hosts three bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room and an additional toilet. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a walk-in closet. The two smaller bedrooms include another double bed and a crib, which can be swapped for a desk to create a home office.

Location: Our apartment is situated on a quiet street, offering a peaceful retreat within the city. Just around the corner, you’ll discover a lively and trendy neighborhood filled with cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Transport: Tram 4, stopping at Heemraadsplein, is a mere 2-minute walk away, and the Coolhaven metro station is just 250 meters away.

Nearby Attractions: At the end of our street is the picturesque Heemraadssingel, and a 10-minute stroll will take you to the beautiful Euromast Park, passing by the trendy Little C living complex.
