About the place

Spacious and very bright house on a pedestrian square. The house is fully furnished and located in a very quiet part of the lovely neighbourhood of Delfshaven.
The building consists our 4 floors:
- Ground floor with storage, toilet and (guest) bedroom/office
- 1st floor with living room and fully equiped kitchen (incl. dishwasher and all appliances etc.)
- 2nd floor with bedroom and bathroom
- 3th floor with storage (laundry) and rooftop terrace (sun throughout the day!)

The house measures 100m2 in total, excl. the rooftop terrace.

Please note: this is a temporary lease, from September 13 until December 30.
