The rental price is €1,900 per month, including internet and gas, water, and electricity.

For an additional €100 per month, a parking space in the building’s parking garage is available.

The apartment is a fully furnished, modern new-build of approximately 80 m², offering views over the Port of Rotterdam and free access to the gym within the complex.

The rental is for an indefinite period, allowing you to stay for as long as you wish.  A one-month security deposit is required and taxes for water and garbage need to be paid per year which are aprox €600.
