The 70 m² apartment has everything you need as a single or couple. It consists of a living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, stove, and large refrigerator. A washing machine and dryer are also provided.
The living room has a large sofa that folds out into an extra double bed for guests, a wardrobe, and a smart TV with a digital subscription.
The dining room has a wardrobe and a table with six chairs.
The bedroom has a double box-spring bed and a large wardrobe with an ironing board.
There is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The apartment has high-speed internet, and the entire building is equipped with broadband Wi-Fi.
