About the place

Are you someone who would love to live in the centre of Rotterdam? in a beautiful apartment from 1911? From 28/12/24 to 14/2/25 I am going to travel and I am looking for someone to sublet it to. It is a bright apartment, with lots of windows, workspace (incl stab desk), dishwasher, induction cooking (not electrical, don't worry) and washing machine. The house has an individual entrance. Good relationship with neighbours and neighbourhood, quiet street and close to cafes, shops and ov (tram, bus).  I am looking for someone who is careful and considerate with the house and belongings and who can water the plants once per week. No pets, no smoking and no parties please.
