We are a family of four offering part of our beautiful 4-story home for rent during our summer holiday. Located in the heart of Kralingen—one of Rotterdam’s most charming and green neighborhoods—our home is ideal for guests seeking comfort, privacy, and a convenient location.
Built in 2017, our energy-efficient (A-label) house combines modern design with practical living. During your stay, you'll have private access to the entire ground floor and your own bathroom on the second floor. The rest of the home will be unoccupied, except for our friendly long-term tenant, Diana, who lives in a fully self-contained studio on the top floor. You’ll share the main entrance and staircase with her, but all your spaces are private.

Erasmus University is just around the corner, and the nearby Kralingse Bos and lake offer nature and recreation within minutes. Public transport, shops, cafes, and supermarkets are all within walking distance.
The apartment is bright, modern, and tastefully furnished with high-quality finishes. Fast Wi-Fi is available, and thanks to the home’s energy-efficient design, the space stays cool in summer. You'll have everything you need for a short or extended stay.
We ask our guests to treat the space respectfully and enjoy it as if it were their own. Diana, who lives upstairs, is quiet and independent, and we expect our guests to be similarly considerate.
