Cozy apartment for sublet in Rotterdam Noord from July 11 to August 2 (3 weeks).

Would you like to sublet my cozy apartment and take care of my plants while I’m away? The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are on the 2nd floor and together measure 30m². The bedroom is about 15m² and located on the 3rd floor (attic).

I’m looking for a tidy and quiet tenant, 23 years or older, who will treat my belongings responsibly and water my plants from time to time. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

Rent for this period is €550, including utilities and internet.
