About the place

My housemate is leaving to live with her partner, so I am searching for a new co-dweller! I'm looking for someone to move in 1 July. I work full time about 50% at home, and 50% at office. 

I wish my future housemate:
-loves cats
-non-smoking
-health-conscious (I have asthma, so no incense in the home, please)
-clean and responsible
-friendly and likes to have tea or coffee on occasion

About me:
-37 year old American expat, who has lived abroad for 10+ years
-psychologist and teacher
-friendly, warm, and responsible
-travel often (if you like living "alone" and want to babysit my cat from time to time, this is a bonus!)
